Biohackr Benchmark testing
This is the epitome of biohacking screening. When you start your biohacking journey, you need to do a deep dive into all of the major areas of health: heart, blood sugar, cancer risk, current cancer, kidney health, liver health, cholesterol, body weight, body muscle and fat percentages, nutrients.
Hard time reading that? Yes, the list is exhaustive, but the reason to do an in depth benchmark is to figure out what you need to focus on. You hear us repeat over and over that you cannot throw all your energy in all directions for health. Not only would that be overwhelming, it would be costly and wasteful. YOU NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR ISSUES ARE.
Genetics and family history are a guide, but what we have discovered is how individual everyone truly is. There are clinics dedicated to doing this benchmark which cost $50-100K/year. We took that knowledge and created a program at a fraction of the cost.
We also have telehealth MDs and staff who can help you interpret and treat your results.

THE COMPREHENSIVE BIOHACKR BENCHMARK
We encourage this entire Benchmark for a comprehensive view of your current health status and risks. If you have done parts of the Benchmark or don’t want to do parts of it, we can arrange that for you. There are add-on tests we think are also great for baseline, like NAD level testing. Additionally, if your blood glucose levels are prediabetic or diabetic, we strongly encourage blood sugar testing with a continuous glucose monitor.

COMPREHENSIVE LIPID PANEL
We go past LDL and HDL. Cholesterol is more complex than just LDL and HDL.
- LDL
- HDL
- Apo (a)
- Apo (b)
- Lipoprotein a
- Homocysteine
-
BLOOD GLUCOSE
Our insulin panel includes:
- HBA1c
- insulin level
- fasting glucose
- triglycerides
-
CARDIAC CALCIUM SCAN
This is a CT scan performed at a local hospital. The images show calcium deposits of the arterial blood supply in the heart. Higher amounts of calcium are associated with more severe disease in the heart arteries.

GENETIC CANCER RISK SCREEN
This simple test goes beyond BRCA to see what you may have a genetic risk for. Those with the BRCA gene have a risk for breast cancer of 50-80%. But BRCA isn’t the only genetic marker you can screen for, it is just the most well known.
Genetic Cancer Risk Screen by Natera: This test screens for over 40 genes associated with increased risk for hereditary cancers, including APC, ATM, AXIN2, BAP1, BARD1, BMPR1A, BRCA1, BRCA2, BRIP1, CDH1, CDK4, CDKN2A, CHEK2, EPCAM, GALNT12, GREM1, HOXB13, MEN1, MITF, MLH1, MSH2, MSH3, MSH6, MUTYH, NBN, NF1, NTHL1, PALB2, PMS2, POLD1, POLE, PTEN, RAD51C, RAD51D, RNF43, RPS20, SMAD4, STK11, TP53, VHL

CANCER STATUS SCREEN
By Galleri. Cell Free DNA Cancer Screen
This is a blood test to look for DNA of cancer in your blood. It can detect over 50 types of cancer. Most people only do routine screening for 5 most common types of cancer, but 71% of cancer deaths per year are caused by cancers not commonly screened for like pancreatic, colorectal, and prostate. It has a low false positive and low false negative rate. This is also good to screen to make sure you are cancer free before treatments which improve telomere length.

MICRONUTRIENT ANALYSIS
This blood test done at Biohackr Health measures 31 vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites and how they affect cellular function. Correlating micronutrient deficiencies not only slows aging and degenerative disease progression, it can also prevent and repair cellular dysfunction and disease.

HORMONE ANALYSIS
Our hormone panel includes:
- cortisol
- total + free testosterone
- FSH
- Estriol (E3)
- DHEA sulfate
- Estrone (E1)
- DHT
- Progesterone
-
BASIC METABOLIC PANEL + CBC
These basic metabolic labs, complete blood count, and the labs in our Biohackr Benchmark panel include:
- Liver function
- Kidney function
- Electrolytes
- Hematocrit
- White blood cell
- Platelets
- IGF-1
- Ferritin
- Vitamin B12
- DHEA-Sulfate
- CRP
- Cortisol

InBODY SCAN
InBody Scans measure your body composition.
Using bioelectrical impedance analysis, the scan evaluates total body water weight, lean muscle mass, and fat. This helps you tailor diet and exercise to optimize your body composition and monitor your progress.

TELOMERE LENGTH
Testing by Spectracell.
Telomeres are genetic material at the end of chromosomes that prevent chromosomal shortening and “fraying” when a cell replicates. As cells age, telomeres shorten. Eventually they become too short to allow cells to replicate, so the cell stops dividing and will eventually die. This is called cell senescence, a normal biologic process associated with aging. This test determines the length of your telomeres in relation to your birth age. Many of our anti-aging treatments focus on maintaining telomere length.
